Job description

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der MitarbeiterInnen in personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung aller administrativen Prozesse vom Ein- bis zum Austritt
  • Betreuung des Zeiterfassungssystems in SAP und Success Factors
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Korrespondenz mit Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • AnsprechpartnerIn bei Fragen der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Begleitung von Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
  • Erstellung von innerbetrieblichen Stellenausschreibungen nach Vorgabe
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Zeitarbeitsfirmen inklusive aller administrativen Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten
  • Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit mindestens 3 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherungs- und Tarifrecht
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP & Success Factors 
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Dienstleistungsstärke, Empathie, Diskretion sowie freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
