Job description
- Einrichten und Umrüsten der Montagelinien inklusive der Kontrollplätze nach Fertigungsvorgaben sowie Bereitstellen des Materials
- Überwachung der Produktion sowie Einhalten der Produktionskennzahlen
- Qualitätskontrolle mit Selbstprüfung und Prozessüberwachungssystemen
- Datenerfassung zur statistischen Qualitätskontrolle
- Beheben von Störungen, Ausfällen und Fehlern an den Montagelinien
- Erstellen von Übergabeprotokollen
- Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an den Montagelinien
- Einhalten und Überwachen der UVV und des Umweltschutzes
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker / Mechatroniker (m/w/d) gerne auch eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik und Pneumatik
- Solides technisches Grundverständnis
- Sicherer und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Messmitteln
- Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
- Team- und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Grundsätzliche Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
