Job description

  • Führung und Entwicklung unseres Software- Entwicklungsteams 
  • Fachliche Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Aufgaben im Rahmen neuer Entwicklungsprojekte, der Serienbetreuung, von Kundenreklamation und von Upgrades für unsere Maschinen
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der Software für bestehende und neue Produkte
  • Durchführung von koordinativen Aufgaben mit internen oder externen Partnern
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Funktions-, Kosten-, Zeit- und Qualitätszielen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich der Entwicklung

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung für Steuerungs- und Antriebstechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Programmierung und Integration von Embedded Systems
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit interkultureller Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Engagierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit zielorientierter Arbeitsweise und gesundem Pragmatismus
  • Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
