Job description

  • Aufbau und Pflege eines zuverlässigen und zeitgemäßen Personalcontrollings
  • Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung einer prozess- und zukunftsorientierten Personalplanung
  • Ermittlung von Korrelationen zwischen Personalbedarf/Personal, Produktivität und EBIT sowie Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Beteiligung an der jährlichen und mittelfristigen Personalkostenplanung auf Segmentebene
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung segmentweiter Personalplanungskonzepte
  • Entwicklung systemischer Lösungen für ein modernes Personalcontrolling
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung von SuccessFactors
  • Ermittlung und Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen einschließlich der Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Umsetzung des HR-Quartals- und Jahresabschlusses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzbereich

Requirements

  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
  • mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich oder HR-Controlling
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Power-BI, SAP HCM und SuccessFactors (wünschenswert)
  • "Can-Do"-Haltung
  • hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • starke analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
