Aufgaben
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Responsible for the regional implementation of the company's sales strategy to achieve sales targets (revenue and margin).
- Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop detailed annual sales forecasts and set regional objectives to ensure maximum sales volume at minimum cost.
- Market Analysis: Obtain, collect, and analyze market data to drive informed decision-making and strengthen the competitive position of the organization.
- Sales Leadership and Coordination: Plan, direct, and coordinate all sales activities in the region to accomplish sales objectives, including the training and leadership of sales agents.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on technical, technological, and economic aspects to ensure their needs are met and solutions are tailored to them.
- Project Management: Drive and manage sales-related projects within the region, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Customized Marketing: Adapt marketing activities to the specific needs and characteristics of the region to support sales efforts.
- Trade Show Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain and continually enhance the organization's competitive position in the regional market.
Anforderungen
- Education & Qualifications: University degree in engineering with a business background, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in sales management, with a successful track record in regional roles, preferably in the textile industry.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Market Knowledge & Customer Focus: Extensive knowledge of the market, with a strong sense of customer orientation and a proven ability to meet client needs.
- Personal Qualities: Open, innovative personality with a trustworthy and professional demeanour. High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle complex, cross-boundary projects.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to foster appreciative and trusting collaboration across all management levels.
- Networking & Representation: Strong networking skills to represent the company effectively, both internally and externally.
- Travel Flexibility: High willingness to travel (at least 60%).
